 New Model Army - "Poison Street"

New Model Army: La banda se desarrollo en los años 80's concentrando se en el ambiente político y social conflictos que afectaba a Gran Bretaña como el gobierno de Margaret Thatcher, las huelgas de trabajadores y los cortos en servicios públicos así como la moral e ideologías de la gente entre mezcladas con la vieja y nueva escuela. Tambien reflexiona sobre la manera en que el mundo va entrando en conflicto constante y poco a poco se pone en riesgo de caer en crisis total.

-Motivo: describir la situación social de los jóvenes que vivían en los suburbios donde la situación era difícil, las masas de pobres se concentraban en espacios pequeños y la idea general no dejaba pasar a mas de cómo conseguir comida y dinero para subsistir. Los jóvenes envenenaban sus mentes en el vicio y actos ilícitos por la falta de atención dada entre la comunidad adulta.

-Público: Los jóvenes en especifico pero era al publico general.

-Impacto en su tiempo: si, debido al auge que tuvo el punk rock el público se habría más a la confirmación de los problemas que la sociedad sufría.
